Key Responsibilities:
We're seeking a customer-focused Complaints Executive to manage and resolve customer grievances efficiently and effectively. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Handle incoming customer complaints across various channels.
- Investigate and analyse complaints to identify root causes and determine appropriate solutions.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all complaint interactions and resolutions.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in handling customer complaints, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complaints simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for record-keeping and reporting.
