Senior Software Analyst- Dynatrace

• Certification: APM mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Practical experience of Monitoring Java Applications on Spring / Spring Boot ;OSSQL Server and WebLogic.
• Understanding of Web Concepts.
• Experience monitoring tickets in issue management tools (preferable ITSM and / or Jira)
• Proven experience in application support, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to optimize queries and troubleshoot database issues.
• Familiarity with banking applications, financial systems, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in the banking sector.
